Our new "MailRoom Module," is now available! Unlike other parts of our recent addressing upgrade, this piece is offered as an add-on module to MissionBase that may be purchased by those of you who need it.

The Mailroom Module is intended for those of you who regularly prepare bulk mailings to be sent via the USPS®, and want to take advantage of the maximum discount levels available for these mailings. We are aware that many of you already have “back end” mailroom solutions in place, and so may not need this functionality directly from MissionBase at this time. One thing to consider, however, is that by adding Mailroom Module onto your MissionBase program, anyone using MissionBase may take advantage of the postal discounts including those working in district offices away from the conference centers.

so I won’t try to repeat all of those details here. But if the acronyms “CASS”, “Presort”, and “NCOA” mean something to you in relation to your bulk mailings, I highly encourage you to take a look at what we have to offer.

One final note – if your current mailroom solution is serving your needs, but you need to add NCOALink processing to meet the new postal service requirements, we are able to provide that processing separate from the Mailroom Module.
