| Instructions | If you are using the new Anti-Spam Toolbar with your PC-cillin product, it is likely that you are experiencing an error when you run MissionBase or Replication Tools. When this error appears, and you click "OK" to clear it, your MissionBase or Replication Tools closes down and requires a restart. This will continue to happen as long as the Anti-Spam Toolbar is active on your computer, as it has a conflict with programs written in the Visual Basic programming language, which MissionBase & Replication Tools are. To resolve the problem in PC-cillin Anti-virus and Internet Security Version 3.51, it is necessary to fully uninstall the product from your computer. With Trend Micro™ PC-cillin Internet Security 14 version, follow the instructions at the left to disable the Anti-Spam Toolbar. This should correct the conflict with your MissionBase and Replication Tools. |

The following error has been coming up for those
authorized to use the Duplicate Persons Merge Tool... To correct this error, please download the file at the left. Place this file on your desktop, or other location where it is easily found. Double-click the file to RUN it, and click the "Unzip" button. This will correct the error. The downloaded file may then be deleted. |

| There is a known issue
with the Home Address2 field and the Church Address2 field. If text
exists in the Address2 field, and is deleted, then the change is
SAVED, when you go to another entity and then come back to this address
screen it is back as though it were never deleted. Temporary Work-around: The change will save and stay saved if there is even 1 character that remains present in the field. So after deleting the information, leave a "space" by clicking the spacebar on your computer keyboard. This is seen as a character, and the change will stay when saved! |
