Our base program, MissionBase™ (or Mission Southwest™) provides all the basics for management of churches, pastors, leadership, committees, and groups in an organization. Multiple address tabs, default address settings, and linked addresses for multiple family members simplify the mailing tasks. Our Labels & Lists Function allows sorting by a multitude of parameters to target very specific groups for mailings, as well as offering several output formats from standard avery labels, or envelopes to an ASCII file, or Access Table.

Additional, Add-On Modules work with our base program to provide enhanced management tools. The Benefits Module enables the organization to bill for benefits such as Pension, Health Insurance, Medical and Dependent Care Reduction Accounts, and Life Insurance. A Property & Liability Insurance Module is also available for organizations who manage those types of insurance needs for their members.

The Event Registration Module enrolls, organizes and bills for events ranging from small camps or group gatherings to Annual Conferences. Reports for rosters, wait-listed participants, and active participants are just a few offered to simplify management tasks.

There are also modules available to assist Cabinets in their task; a Church Remittance module to keep an accurate accounting of finances submitted to the organization, and a Statistics Module for the entering of statistical information.

Portions of our Modules can be customized to meet the specific needs of one client. We also are able to customize reports and other forms of information output as needed.

Web access applications are becoming more and more frequent as we bank online, shop online, and accomplish many other personal tasks online. Great Spirit Systems is also keenly aware of this trend. We are making more and more of our applications accessable via the Internet.
